Accelerated Cooling of Furnace, Column, Vessel

We reduce Pre-cooling time of Column, Furnace, Converter, Boiler, thus reduce production loss.

When Furnace is put off initial Temperature is 1200 Deg. C. From that temperature to 200-250 Deg C cooling rate is very fast due to high temperature difference. But from 200 Deg C to Ambient it takes long time due to low temperature difference as the heat from deep inside the brick liners slowly comes to the surface.

Here is the graphical representation which shows clearly that reduction in temperature(Y Axis) slows after 250Deg.C.  with time in X axis.

We have our own solution to overcome that fact which is installing Dehumidified Cooling Unit to bring the temperature down from 250Deg.C. to ambient . It is a induced cooling system to reduce the overall cooling time and helps man entry earlier.

Even after cooling, the inside atmospheric condition of the Furnace is not at wall okay for human health and it is a serious non compliance in respect of EHS policies where installing the system brings fresh Cool and Dry Air inside the Furnace which makes the atmosphere healthy for work.
